The system
Swyftx is one of Australia's largest cryptocurrency exchanges, and from 2020 to 2024 I ran its editorial and technical SEO. On the exchange, I built LLM-assisted asset-page generation across 100+ crypto listings: structured prompt libraries and automated tokenomics summaries replaced the manual category copy, so every listing's page came out of the same templates.
The newsroom
For Swyftx's cryptocurrency news and education platform, I led editorial operations: story selection, source development, editorial standards, fact-checking and breaking news across DeFi, exchanges, regulation, token launches and blockchain technology. I published 2,500+ articles and investigative pieces, and the coverage earned top Google News rankings and 300,000+ clicks.
