The system
From 2023 to 2025 I ran research at M6 Labs and operated a research and content system serving DeFi protocols with combined TVL exceeding $1B. At its core sat a retrieval-augmented pipeline. Whitepaper parsing fed prompt-templated protocol analysis frameworks, and the output was comparative research at consistent quality.
Research that reads like a decision
Each report answers one question for an investor or a protocol team. Developer activity, token design, treasury health and governance mechanics are scored the same way every time, so strengths and weaknesses show through the market noise.
Coverage ran from emerging DEXs and high-speed chains to the compliance, regulation and liquidity questions behind institutional adoption of tokenized real-world assets. Treasury and balance-sheet monitoring went into every framework, as did the security practices a team needs before engaging with protocols and their communities.
Newsletter and community as acquisition infrastructure
The newsletter ran on LLM-driven subject-line and intro A/B variants. The audience grew by 35,000 subscribers and campaign click-through rate lifted 35%. The Telegram community grew to 14,000 with agent-moderated FAQ flows and automated content drops. Behind both, I led teams across research, design and marketing operations.
Hyperliquid
In 2023 I built the co-marketing coordination systems and partner acquisition workflows for Hyperliquid's HyperCore chain and the Vaults product, working with the Hyperliquid team on campaigns designed for Vaults. The joint campaign infrastructure connected product positioning, investor outreach and multi-channel distribution into a repeatable partner go-to-market system.
The partnership plan I designed for M6 Labs ran the same way with every protocol in the portfolio. Each partner got a plan, a shared calendar, and a measurement loop. That discipline is the subject of the co-marketing MOU post.
