Privacy policy
This site collects little. This page says exactly what, which tools do it, and how to opt out.

Who runs this site
I am José Oramas, trading as JCO Marketing. I run jcomarketing.io and I am the data controller for anything it collects. Write to jose@jcomarketing.io with any question about your data.
What the site collects
The site has no accounts, no forms and no newsletter. Three things run on it.
Hosting. Vercel serves the site and keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operations. Vercel's own privacy notice covers that processing.
Analytics. Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4. Analytics records page views and clicks on contact links and calls to action, using cookies named _ga and _ga_*. Google keeps event data for at most 14 months. Google's privacy policy covers its side.
Performance. Vercel Speed Insights reports Core Web Vitals per page. It sets no cookies and stores no identifier.
Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
Consent
Whether analytics runs before you choose depends on where you are.
- EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland. Analytics and advertising storage default to denied. A banner offers Accept and Reject with equal weight, and nothing beyond the hosting logs is recorded until you choose. Your choice lives in a first-party cookie for six months, and the "Cookie settings" link in the footer reopens the banner.
- Everywhere else. Analytics runs by default. You can still block it with your browser's cookie settings or a content blocker.
The site uses Google Consent Mode v2 to pass your choice to Google's tags.
When you email me, the message sits in my mailbox at Zoho Mail. I use it to reply and for nothing else, and I delete threads that go nowhere.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Email jose@jcomarketing.io and I will answer within a month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
